Gascade: Gas transit across Poland's part of Yamal-Europe resumes
MOSCOW, May 27 (PRIME) -- Gas transit across the Poland's segment of the Yamal–Europe pipeline resumed after an about 24-hour suspension, German pipeline operator Gascade said on Wednesday.
The operator said that the gas accepted on the Mallnow station on the Poland–Germany border from noon until 1 p.m., local time, amounted to 9.5 million cubic meters.
A transit contract of Russian gas across Poland expired on May 16, and since May 17, gas is pumped basing on the results of auctions. The auction for June booked 94% of the Yamal–Europe capacity.
